Agent & Creator Policy

1. Eligibility
Real Home Intel profiles are available to licensed real estate agents, licensed mortgage loan originators, and verified home service professionals operating in the United States. By claiming a profile you confirm that you hold all required state and federal licenses for the services you advertise.
2. Profile Accuracy
All information on your profile — including name, brokerage, license number, headshot, bio, and contact details — must be truthful and current. You are responsible for updating your profile if any information changes.Real Home Intel reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles that contain misleading or inaccurate information.
3. Lead Handling
When a consumer submits a lead through your profile or a zip code you sponsor, you agree to respond within 24 hours. Leads are confidential — you may not sell, share, or distribute consumer contact information to third parties. Failure to respond to leads in a timely manner may result in loss of zip sponsorship priority.
4. Zip Sponsorship
Zip code sponsorships are non-exclusive and subject to availability.Real Home Intel reserves the right to adjust pricing, availability, and placement algorithms at any time. Charter Member pricing is locked for the duration of your initial subscription term. Sponsorships may be revoked if you violate this policy.
5. Content Guidelines
Any content you submit (bios, reviews, blog posts, photos) must be original or properly licensed. Content must not contain hate speech, discriminatory language, misleading claims, or anything that violates fair housing laws.Real Home Intel may edit or remove content that violates these guidelines.
6. Ai Chatbot Representation
When you sponsor a zip code, our Ai chatbot may recommend you by name to consumers asking about that area. You consent to this representation and understand that the Ai provides general real estate information, not legal or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for all professional advice you give to consumers referred through the platform.
7. Suspension & Termination
Real Home Intel may suspend or permanently remove your profile for violations of this policy, including but not limited to: inaccurate credentials, failure to respond to leads, consumer complaints, or violation of fair housing laws. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
