After more than two decades and nearly 1,750 transactions, our founding team kept seeing the same problem: buyers and sellers making decisions based on incomplete information, outdated listings data, or biased online reviews.
The data to make smarter decisions already existed — scattered across 15+ government agencies and public databases. Flood zones at FEMA. School data at NCES. Environmental risks at the EPA. Demographics from the Census Bureau. But nobody was pulling it together into something a regular person could actually use.
Real Home Intel changes that. Our Real Report Card™ pulls 90+ data points from verified government sources and grades any U.S. address across six categories — for free, no email required, no strings attached.
Then we added an AI advisor that can answer real estate questions in plain English, a verified directory of top agents and home service providers, and a zip code sponsorship system that connects consumers with the best local professionals — not whoever paid the most for ads.
