1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. What We Provide

Real Home Intel offers AI-powered property report cards, a real estate chatbot, professional profiles for agents and home service providers, and related tools. The Platform is designed to provide information and connect consumers with real estate professionals.

3. Not Professional Advice

The information on this Platform — including property data, valuations, grades, and AI-generated responses — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making real estate decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

Report cards are generated from publicly available government data sources (U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, EPA, HUD, and others) combined with third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data point is complete, current, or error-free. Data may be delayed or differ from other sources.

5. Fair Housing Compliance

Real Home Intel is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act. We do not rank neighborhoods, steer users toward or away from any area, or make subjective statements about the desirability of a location. All data presented is factual and sourced from public government databases.

6. Accounts & Professional Profiles

Agents and home service providers who create profiles are responsible for the accuracy of their information, including license numbers, brokerage affiliations, and service areas. We reserve the right to verify, suspend, or remove any profile that contains false or misleading information.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features (Pro memberships, zip code sponsorships, vendor tiers) are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Platform without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
• Impersonate another person or professional

9. Intellectual Property

The Real Home Intelname, Real Report Card™ mark, logo, design, and all original content on the Platform are owned by Real Estait. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Home Intel and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on data, report cards, AI responses, or connections with professionals.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
